Step 1: Visit the Official Site

The very first step for getting your business registered online will be to visit the official Udyam Registration portal.

Step 2: Enter Your Information

The first information sought will be your name and 12-digit Aadhar number. Use the “Validate & Generate OTP” option. You will be issued a one-time password (OTP) to the mobile device you supply. Enter your OTP.

Udyam The Aadhaar number of the proprietor in the case of a proprietorship firm, the managing partner in the case of a partnership firm, the Karta in the case of a Hindu Undivided Family (HUF), or the authorized signatory in the case of a company, limited liability partnership, cooperative society, society, or trust is required for registration of a New Enterprise.

Step 3: PAN Verification

Choose your company’s tax identification number and then confirm. The PAN’s legitimacy is confirmed.

Aside from his personal Aadhar number, the authorized signatory of a Company, LLP, Cooperative Society, Society, or Trust must supply the GSTIN and PAN of the Company or LLP.

Step 4: Correspondence Details

Following completion of the previous forms, you will be prompted to provide the full address of the corporation, organization, or other body. Include the postal code, state, email address, and mobile phone number for your company. 

Step 5: Bank Details

You must enter the company’s current bank branch’s account number and IFSC code. If you do not already know the IFSC codes, you may find them on the bank’s website.

Step 6: Enterprise Details

You should mention if your organization specializes in delivering services or manufacturing things. For your business’s operations, you must submit the NIC Code and total number of workers.

Following completion of all fields, the last step would be to input the total amount of money (in lakhs) invested in your apparatus or plant.

Step 7: Select the District Industry 

As the last stage, choose the district industrial center from the available possibilities. Then click “Submit and Get Final OTP” and confirm the declaration.

Please enter the OTP you got on your mobile device to complete the submission of your form.

When you are ready to obtain your registration number, click the “Submit and Get Final OTP” button. When the government has validated your information, an electronic registration document will be delivered to your email address.
